What happens when learning is reversed? Where learners are informed prior to the classroom training?
Flipped classroom, also known as inverted classroom, is a strategy that recognizes this potential and maximizes the face-to-face session by having students learn through online content or conduct research before classes. This concept is not entirely new and has been one of the fundamental pedagogies of adult learning.
Here at Kydon, we are aware that it’s not merely about putting lectures and activities online, rather this is more of a methodological approach that requires a deliberate design of pre, during and post-class activities to ensure that effective learning takes place. We aim to be an instrument in innovating classroom management and in enabling students of all abilities to excel in.
