Project Director – Enterprise Training and Learning Transformation (SG)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Project Director to spearhead a large-scale, multi-year enterprise training and learning transformation service project. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of project management disciplines, including but not limited to customer stakeholder management, scope management, resource management, and budget management. This role demands a strategic leader capable of navigating complex project landscapes, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering transformative outcomes that align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project strategy that aligns with both our organizational goals and our client’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead the project through its lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Customer Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key customer stakeholders, ensuring open lines of communication and partnership.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs, expectations, and constraints, translating them into project objectives and deliverables.
  • Scope and Change Management:
  • Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to accommodate scope adjustments while minimizing impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Resource Allocation and Team Leadership:
  • Oversee the strategic allocation and management of all project resources, including human capital, technology, and financial resources.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
  • Financial and Budget Oversight:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize project budgets to ensure efficient use of financial resources.
  • Implement rigorous cost control measures and financial reporting mechanisms to track expenditures against budget forecasts.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
  • Proactively identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, ensuring that all project outputs meet or exceed industry benchmarks and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in project management, with significant experience leading large-scale, multi-year projects.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the domains of enterprise training, learning transformation, and organizational development.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, adept at building and maintaining relationships with executives and key business leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and cost optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide diverse teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
