On a given work week, you will:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts, Product Managers, and UIUX Designers to deliver an enterprise solution for workplace learning
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with presales, UX, engineering, project management and other partner teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of the solution
- Plan and facilitate workshops, focus group discussions, and usability testing with clients to gather functional specification requirements, user feedback, and share findings with key stakeholders.
- Drive and negotiate prioritization of features, enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback, client objectives, and market trends, guiding customers to adopt a learner- centric and impact-first approach
- Set the documentation standards and quality management process for all product deliverables, ensuring that your team works closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, with clear and actionable specifications
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct sprint planning and daily stand-ups to keep development teams on track.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management on enterprise solutions, preferably relevant to workplace learning and human resource (e.g. LMS, TMS, HRMS).
- Experience as a team lead, bringing at least one product successfully from conception to launch.
- Experience delivering an enterprise product for the public or defence sector highly desirable, with strong stakeholder management skills and experience with complex, matrixed organisations.
- Experience in managing applications such as native mobile apps and responsive web interactive platforms.
- Project management experience, with demonstrable experience navigating trade-offs to ensure the quality of deliverables while faced with timeline and scope constraints.
- Strong mastery of UIUX design practices, with deep industry understanding of best practices for improved user experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics to drive data-informed decision-making and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Experience in working with engineering teams and in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Detailed, organised and maintains professionalism under pressure.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate solutions to drive satisfaction and business success.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
