Alpha Energy Holdings Limited (“Alpha”) announced that it has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Kydon Holdings Pte Ltd (”Kydon Holdings”) for the acquisition of Kydon Learning Systems Institute Group (“KLSI Group”) in a cash and stock deal (“Proposed Acquisition”).
